Bridal Friday- Cloudberry Bakery
It’s not often that I get to embark on a taste test for Bridal Friday so when I heard the word brownie, lemon curd and salted caramel I could have died! I am quite the desert queen at times and indeed took much time choosing my own wedding cake. As somebody who is completely visual I was blown away by the physical and taken to veritable heaven when I tasted. Sometimes something can be aesthetically pleasing but lack a certain wow factor once you sink your fork in…… That is when I knew I had to share the lovin from the oven at Cloudberry……
Sam is passionate about ingredients…. She uses only free range eggs, 70 per cent Belgian chocolate and everything is made from scratch even the sugar craft flowers, which she trained for in the US.
