Clover Canyon the hippest thing to hit BT since Mary Katrantzou

Clover Canyon is a brand that when I saw it I immediately thought I have seen those prints somewhere before… further investigation gave me the answer. Starlets all over the States are sporting it on red carpets and stages.I like the fabric of the dressses that i think eliminate the need for Spanx because they are neoprene and perfectly cut.

So you would be in good company with Solange Knowles anyway for sure.

Here is the dress version on a curvier figure and I think it works the curves.

Something that occured to me about this brand is that you need very little to accessorise it. The pieces are all pretty bold in their own right but that is the beauty of the brand.

I am also not really able to stick an age group on the gal that would step out in this but I am thinking of it as a younger Mary Katranzou, so it is like her funky younger sister. That is just me trying to see who the brand would suit.

A little more research and the whole ethos of the brand is making sense… designed and made in L.A.  Here is what their website says:

“In a word, the look of Clover Canyon is jubilant. These are clothes embarked on an endless voyage, from the tribal plains of Africa and the courts of ancient kings, through the annals of art history, and beyond. Shapes convey the modern ease. Clover Canyon invites women to join them on a journey of the imagination: Where do you want to go?

Clover Canyon is available internationally from the finest specialty stores, including  Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Lane Crawford. Clover Canyon is made in California, and always will be.”

Now they can add Brown Thomas to their retailers list! Clover Canyon has made it to Ireland and they have done it in style! Some selected pieces available near the Denim section!
