Last night was the first meeting of the Bodega wine society and I was thrilled to be invited. Flanked by two of my best wine pals we headed there straight after work. It was a lovely evening with just the right amount of wine for a school night. There was a little education and some great food. I signed myself up the the newsletter the wines were all really good and there was my favourite Malbec which is a French one called Rigsl. It’s from the original area that Malbec was first made which is France and not Argentina as I thought. My favourite white was the LaRoche Chablis Premier cru. Fabulous!
