So my lash extension journey continues. I decided this time to be more dating and opt for lashes that were really wow. I was having had them done once by Vicky , confident that she was on the same page. My last set were very natural and pretty, this time I wanted femme fatale. These are the original set.
My week off was approaching and I have many plans to socialise so I was thrilled to have my waxing done on the same day. First lets look at my new lashes
This is them right after I got the, done. I instagrammed the picture because I had an allergic reaction to the paint we are using in glam towers. But more on that red faced scenario later. I love my fuller thicker lashes. They have just the right amount of volume and I can’t feel them on at all.

Vicki is such a lovely person, she offers impeccable customer care as well as general advice. Her work is flawless and she’s so helpful and a great lasher, refills cost €30, but if you are getting any more than 50 percent refilled it’s a full set which is €50, her beauty room is in Blackrock and she has a salon in Youghal. Booking in advance is advisable as she’s quite busy. Her prices are keen.
So how do you care for them? Well I avoid using waterproof liner, take my eye make up off with Simple eye make up remover and uses a cotton or cosmetic bud to do this. You can buy these in boots. I also cut the regular cotton pads in half fir under the eye area. You can still get sweaty with them and you can also use a mascara on your bottom lashes. I’d avoid a waterproof one again. Vicki provides you with a spooly brush so you can brush your lashes! And Voila!
On a separate note I had my legs and underarms waxed also and not only was she fast but super gentle too. My skin feels lovely after the lovely wax and after wax treatment . Full marks Vicki xxx
