Only released in the last month or so the Nars Contour kit is proving a massive hit. Contouring is big anyway. Creating a sculpted cheekbone and jawline is the desire of women all over the world. Nars kind of makes it easy. It comes in three shades and my one is Paloma which I’d medium. I’ve got a fairly standard, Irish skintone. My cheekbones are somewhat decent this really accentuated them.
I used the brown in a three figure , down my cheekbone, along my temple and under my jawline, I used a real
Techniques contour brush and a very light hand. I then used the highlighter along the top of my cheekbones. The product is very well placed within the pallet making it every easy to apply. I applied the highlighter using the a real techniques finishing brush.
Here’s what the pallet looks like, don’t be put off by the darkness , the powder is heavily pigmented but really fine to apply.
Super looking when applied and doesn’t look shimmery or too mucky which can happen with contour. Also a special mention to Keelin the super sales associate in BT Dublin who helped me pick out the pallet and a few other bits. My Nars obsession is getting out of hand xxxxxx
