A few weeks ago I wrote in the Cork Independent about how flip flop weather is approaching, and I gave some tips about how to prepare for it yourself. I took a somewhat lazier approach and got Cece from Glamour puss out to my house to give me a pedi.
She started by giving me a full foot scrub and foot massage which was complete heaven. She has a little treat pack for all her clients which contain all of the essential bits like a nail file, exfoliating gloves and a hoof stick. She keeps these so that you know that you are having your own bits when she’s working on you.
I had my hard skin removed and a my nails filed and polished. I also had the most divine foot mask which left my feet feel soft and flip flop ready. This service costs €30, which is well worth it. You have the option of getting a Gelish finish if you want, but an extra charge applies for this.
