Saturday night was the ultimate girls night out. I got to catch up with a great pal and we had some fun with my make up brushes while enjoying a glass of fizz.
We weren’t really celebrating anything in particular except perhaps my return to platinum blonde and her return to normal going out! She lives in the country now so a night out for her is a big night on the tiles.
Anyhow we played with Tom Fords Black Oyster shadow which is gorgeous. I decided to match my Bardot style dress to opt for a full on black look. Michelle in a Halston Heritage one shoulder number went for a bit of bling.
This photo shows off the two different looks the best i think. The Creme black shadow is great to last and I patted a little translucent powder over it to hold it. On Michelle I used the powder in a midnight silver cour that comes with the shadow. It turns out navy.
We are both wearing double wear light foundation. I have a little studio fix blended over my cheeks to cover the redness. To contour I used MAC blush in Pressed Amber and soft and gentle to highlight.
As we were both wearing tan we bronzed gently our faces and exposed skin with Tom Ford mini bronzer in Gold dust. The soft glimmer in this is to die for.
All in all the shadows didn’t budge despite some rather enthusiastic dancing and cocktails! I had taken a risk using it under the lower lash line but quality wins out always.
