Eh I think at times my make up look can be a bit samey. As in the smoked eye contoured look is everywhere and when I post my face of the day I feel a bit like isn’t that what you did yesterday?
So with that in mind I’ve done some ombré lips. The one above is MAC Whirl Liner and lipstick and then some MAC Syrup with some Shiseido PK204 cream shadow used as a spotlight. The resting bitch face is for the photo obviously.
Here’s a slightly more subtle one using budget brand Wet nWild .
Their balm stains are pretty awesome for this time of year because they give excellent payoff with minimal effort. I used the gloss gel in the centre to create a slightly foiled look. I always think that budget brands are great to experiment with. Wet n Wild are just so versatile and inexpensive.
You’ll be seeing a lot more of the hair and make up posts going forward. I’m rediscovered a major passion fir pride get and so have decided to start blogging again with vigour. Because I write a weekly beauty piece sometimes I feel like people might get sick of the same stuff but I’ll do my best to keep it fresh and exciting.
