We have all been there, big black baggy eyes after a night on the tiles. Or maybe you are not a party animal but a mama with a teething baby that still needs to look rested. Concealing under the eyes is tricky. Pigmentation, bags or darkness all call for a heavy duty product right? Wrong. You need a 50/50 with coverage and illumination it is as simple as that. I have three foolproof under eye numbers for you to try out. The most cost effective being the Maybelline Eye Eraser, coming in at €12 but only available in limited shades in Ireland, so it will suit light and medium skin tones only. The Nars Creamy Radiant concealer does what it claims , offers nice coverage with radiance to boot. Not available in Cork but from Brown Thomas online. I wear the shade Custard going out. And finally probably the best for trouble shooting all three under eye problems the Shiseido Sheer Zone eye Corrector. This light as air concealer blends seamlessly even if you aren’t wearing make up. It looks slightly orange in colour but this adds to the efficiency of the product.
In terms of using concealer it is always the last thing i do, even after foundation that way your under eye area will be fresher and you will look rested even after a bucket of Cava.
