Cajun creamy pasta

If you are looking for a meat eaters alternative to the veggie pasta I blogged about last week then fear not it is here and it is equally tasty. Mushrroms, bacon, chciken and double cream are the staples in this dish but the secret is of course in the sauce. The chicken should be coated in cajun and left to absorb the flavours for a wile. Meanwhile chop onions mushrooms bacon and fry with basil and olive oil. Add the chicken and allow to cook through. Then add cream and parmesan and heat through gently. Dress with sundried tomatoes and enjoy.
