Many of you know that I am with the squad for the last while doing some personal training and classes. Kate and Josie are two of the most determined business women I know and I honestly love their ethos of training. Far from being a bog standard gym where there is no fun or conversation The Squad is friendly fun and goal orienatated. The difference is that the goals that are set are done so with your body and lifestyle in mind. They care about your physical and mental health and have not only created a gym but a family type workout space where everyone gets great advice.
In my personal experience a one size fits all gym type scenario doesn’t work and building your strength to them is as important as your self esteem. Building that strength slowly and consistently is what works for their members. Sometimes going to a gym or work out space can be daunting and for someone like me that has a merry go round on the fitness trail they always welcome effort and are so open and friendly.
Josie and Kate have worked really hard on building their brand and team. The service you get is consistent and the feedback always honest. There is no naughty step, no judgement just fun and ball slams!
Before showing the official stuff I just wanted to write an introduction because honestly on a personal level I love these girls so much. Nothing ever feels insurmountable and I have overcome lots of crazy hurdles myself like extreme lack of concentration and balance. Each of the team will help you with focus and I am happy to be part of their Squad.
The official bit is below and all true.

known fitness operations has expanded to a bigger premises as well as

The main goal we see for someone who wants to join The Squad is not about losing weight but about enjoying life again. We have one class that is called the Trump class and that is very popular.”
